1. Who can order
This catalogue is open to businesses only: vape shops, distributors and wholesalers. We do not sell to private individuals. By placing an order you confirm that you are acting in the course of your business and that you are authorised to represent the company named on the order.
2. Registration and account
Wholesale prices are visible only after you register and sign in. Registration requires your company name, company registration number, VAT number, registered address, delivery address and a contact person with a working email address. Wholesale prices become visible as soon as the account is created. We may contact you to confirm your business details and we reserve the right to close an account that does not belong to a genuine business.
Keep your login details confidential. Orders placed from your account are treated as placed by your company.
3. Minimum order and quantities
The minimum order is 5 units per product. Quantities are ordered in steps of 5, so 5, 10 or 15 units are valid, while 6 or 7 are not. There is no minimum order value.
4. Prices and volume pricing
All catalogue prices are wholesale prices per unit and exclude VAT. Volume discounts apply automatically to flavour concentrates 10 ml and to aroma-shots 60/12 ml and 120/15 ml; the price tiers are shown on each product page. Quantities are counted per individual product, that is per flavour and size, and are not combined across different products.
Other formats are priced per unit. For larger volumes on those formats, contact us for a quote.
Prices may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the moment the order is confirmed.
5. VAT
If you provide a valid VAT number, VAT is not charged: the reverse charge applies and you account for VAT in your own country. Your VAT number is printed on the invoice, so please make sure it is correct in your account.
If you have no VAT number, Lithuanian VAT of 21 percent is added at checkout and shown separately on the invoice.
6. Placing an order
An order placed in the store is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. We may decline an order, for example if stock is unavailable, if the delivery destination cannot be served, or if the account details cannot be verified.
7. Payment
Orders are paid by bank transfer against a proforma invoice. Goods are prepared for dispatch once the payment has cleared in our account. We do not currently offer card payment or credit terms.
8. Dispatch and delivery
Goods normally leave our warehouse within 2 business days of cleared payment. Delivery is by DHL, tracked door to door, and typically takes 7 to 14 days in total depending on the destination. Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout from the total weight of the order and the destination country. There is no free delivery threshold.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs or events outside our control.
9. Customs, duties and import rules
Shipments inside the European Union move freely. For destinations outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are paid by the receiver and are not included in the shipping price. You are responsible for confirming that the goods may lawfully be imported into and sold in your country.
10. Risk and title
Risk passes to you when the goods are handed over to the carrier. Title to the goods passes when payment has been received in full.
11. Inspection, damage and short deliveries
Please check every shipment on arrival. Claims for damaged, missing or incorrect goods must reach us within 7 days of delivery, by email, with photographs of the goods, the outer packaging and the shipping label, and with the order number. Claims submitted later or without evidence cannot be processed with the carrier.
12. Returns
Because this is a business-to-business sale, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. Correctly delivered goods are not returnable unless we agree otherwise in writing before they are sent back. Where a return is agreed, goods must be unopened, in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
Goods that are defective, incorrect or damaged in transit are replaced or credited at our choice.
13. Product information, storage and shelf life
Flavour concentrates are intended for dilution and are not for direct use. Store all goods in a cool, dark place, away from heat and direct sunlight, and keep them out of reach of children. Product images are illustrative; labels and packaging may change.
14. Compliance and resale
You are responsible for complying with the rules that apply in the market where you resell, including product notification and registration requirements, labelling, nicotine limits, age restrictions and any excise or tracking obligations. You may not resell the goods to consumers below the legal age in your country.
15. Brand and marketing materials
Big Mouth product names, logos and images remain our property or that of the brand owner. You may use them to market the products you have purchased from us. Any other use, including modified logos or registering similar marks or domains, requires our written consent.
16. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the invoiced value of that order. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or other indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
17. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supply shortages, carrier failures, strikes, regulatory changes or natural events.
18. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes that cannot be settled by negotiation are resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania, at the seat of the seller.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time your order is confirmed is the version that applies to that order.
