Shipping & VAT

Delivery

We ship worldwide with DHL Express, tracked door to door. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout from the total weight of your order and the destination country.

Prices come directly from DHL for your exact destination and order weight, so the amount you see at checkout is the amount you pay. Add the products to your basket, enter your country, city and postcode, and the available delivery options will appear with their prices and transit times.

Where DHL offers more than one service to your country, you can choose between a slower economy option and a faster express option. For some destinations only express service is available.

Destinations we do not serve. We do not ship to Lithuania, Russia, Belarus, Iran or Iraq. These countries are not available at checkout. For destinations with restricted or changing service, delivery times shown at checkout may be longer than usual.

Dispatch

Orders are prepared once payment has cleared. Goods normally leave our warehouse within 2 business days. Transit times shown at checkout are counted from dispatch, not from the order date.

VAT

All catalogue prices exclude VAT.

Customers with a valid VAT number are not charged VAT. The reverse charge applies and you account for VAT in your own country, so please enter your VAT number during registration and make sure it is correct.

Customers without a VAT number are charged Lithuanian VAT of 21 percent, added at checkout and shown separately on the invoice.

Customs

Shipments inside the European Union move freely, with no customs formalities. For destinations outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are paid by the receiver and are not included in the shipping price.
