2. Scope of this policy

This store sells only to businesses. Information about a company itself, such as its name, registration number or VAT number, is not personal data. However, information about the people who represent that company, such as a contact person name, work email address or phone number, is personal data, and this policy explains how we handle it.

3. What personal data we collect

Account data provided during registration: company name, company registration number, VAT number, billing address, delivery address, contact person first and last name, email address and, if you provide it, phone number.
Order data: products and quantities ordered, prices, invoices, delivery addresses, delivery status and related correspondence.
Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type and version, device type, pages viewed and timestamps, recorded in server and security logs.
Communication data: the content of emails and messages you send us through the website or by email.

4. Why we use this data and on what legal basis

To perform our contract with you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)): creating and managing your wholesale account, processing orders, arranging delivery, issuing invoices and providing support.
To comply with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)): accounting, invoicing and tax reporting under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
For our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): confirming that an applicant is a genuine business, preventing fraud and abuse, keeping the website secure and available, and improving our catalogue and service.
With your consent (Article 6(1)(a)): sending optional commercial messages such as price lists or new product announcements. You can withdraw consent at any time.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising purposes. We share it only with service providers who need it to deliver our service:

DHL, for shipping and delivery of your orders.
Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its database within the European Union.
Our bank, when you pay for an order by bank transfer.
Our accounting service provider, for invoices and statutory bookkeeping.
Public authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.

6. Cookies

This website uses only cookies that are necessary for it to work: keeping you logged in, remembering the contents of your basket, protecting forms against abuse and serving cached pages faster. We do not currently use analytics, advertising or social media tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated and, where the law requires it, your consent will be requested first.

7. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored on servers located in the European Economic Area. If in the future we use a service provider outside the EEA, the transfer will be protected by the European Commission standard contractual clauses or another safeguard permitted under Chapter V of the GDPR.

8. How long we keep data

Account data: for as long as your wholesale account is active, and for up to two years after your last order, after which the account is closed and the data deleted or anonymised.
Invoices and accounting records: ten years, as required by Lithuanian accounting and tax law.
Security and server logs: up to twelve months.
Correspondence: up to two years after the matter is closed.

9. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to request access to your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to restrict or object to processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. If you believe we have handled your data incorrectly, you may lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija), L. Sapiegos g. 17, LT-10312 Vilnius, vdai.lrv.lt.

10. Security

The website runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to the administration area is restricted to named accounts, protected by a web application firewall and monitored for suspicious activity. Databases are backed up regularly.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed. Material changes affecting registered customers will be announced by email.
